RESERVATION BOOKING INQUIRY
We have all new potential clients first fill out a reservation booking form and it's for a few reasons actually. We do not use a salon receptionist to book your new appointment because we like to give our guests a more individualized experience that starts before your reservation is even booked. We kind of do things a little differently here at Branch, but it's all to give you a very tailored experience. You'll see ...

The process:
1. Click the link for our Extension Session Reservation Form.
2. Once submitted, Nicole Chetcuti will be in touch, via text, within 48 hours to collect current front, side, back hair pics AND 2-3 inspiration pics. (Get those Pinterest pics out ladies!)
3. If you are a candidate, Nicole will then schedule a 15 min ZOOM meeting to go over your hair history, current hair pics, and your desired look, investment, and procedure. Any questions will be answered at this time as well. Available reservation bookings will be offered at this time.
4. Nicole will collect a NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION RETAINER. A reservation will not be completed without a reservation retainer, no exceptions.
